  • JOIN THE SOLUTION: In a world plagued with problems, Neighborhood Power has a fierce commitment to focusing on and creating Solutions.  When you join Neighborhood Power you will come face to face with two of today’s biggest issues, energy and water, and go to sleep each night knowing you are part of the solution.
  • Results Only Work Environment  (ROWE).  Neighborhood Power team members thrive in a results-only work environment, where success, not toil are what is rewarded.  Although Neighborhood Power has several office locations across the US, most team members work remotely and manage their own time, while working together to hit clear objectives.  With no middle management bureaucracy, successful  Neighborhood Power team members are those who are self-directed and goal-oriented.
  • Our success depends on yours. We promote a creative outlook and encourage personal development through engaging projects that have a tangible impact. You are here to help us, and we’re here to help you. We encourage continued education and provide each employee with the opportunity for significant growth.
  • Our mission is to provide solar to everyone who wants it. Most other solar companies can only provide solar to high creditworthy customers who own their home or commercial building. At Neighborhood Power, we have broken down these industry-wide barriers to provide solar to everyone including low credit customers, renters, and even small commercial customers who lease their facilities!
  • We give back. Neighborhood Power is passionate about planting trees and volunteering in our local community. For every 1kW of solar we install we plant 20 trees through our partnership for trees for the future.
